Welcome to our annual Resource Fair! This year, our theme is our Country Festival. We will have a variety of service and resource booths designed to promote well-being in the senior community. We encourage all vendors to participate and dress up according to the theme to make this event enjoyable and memorable!
Resource Fair Information/Rules
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
APPLICATION REVIEW: Due to limited space an application submittal does not guarantee your participation. All applications will undergo a review process to ensure we have a diverse range of services represented at the fair.
DATE/TIME: Friday September 13th from 11:00am-1:30pm
LOCATION: Parking lot of the Antioch Senior Center on the corner of 2nd Street and E street.
VENDOR FEES: Non- refundable vendor fee of $50 is required upon approval or your application.
NON-PROFIT VENDOR FEES: Non- refundable $25 fee is required upon application approval. All non-profit vendors must submit a copy of the organization’s non-profit status (501c3 form).
SET UP: All vendors must arrive by 10:00am for setup and must be prepared and open for business at 11:00am. *Refund will not be provided for late arrivals*
Note: Event will take place outdoors. Vendors must provide their own canopies if needed, as they will not be provided by the Antioch Senior Center
TAKEDOWN: Takedown and clean-up of vendor space until end of the event at 1:30pm.
NO SOLICITING OR SALES: This event space is solely for information purposes. Vendors are not permitted to solicit sales or conduct any sale transactions during the event.
