Camps

The City of Antioch Recreation Department offers a variety of youth day camps throughout the year designed to encourage growth and provide an enriching experience for young participants. Trained Recreation Staff guide participants through daily activities, games, challenges, and/or craft projects relating to the theme of the camp. Campers have the opportunity to enjoy field trips, live performances, hands-on demonstrations and the best of what Antioch Recreation has to offer!

Camp Directors will send an introduction email the Friday before camp is to begin notifying guardians of the plans for the week and any necessary information for drop off/pick up, events days, field trip dates, or weather conditions. This information will also be available at sign in to ensure all guardians are aware of camp plans. For inquiries about camps, please contact the front desk of the Antioch Community Center at (925) 776-3050 or email recreation@antiochca.gov.

Extended Care

The Antioch Recreation Department understands that many of our working parents need additional time to drive in to work or pick their camper up after work. Knowing this, we offer an extended care option with camp registration for an additional $52R/$62NR. Extended Care hours allow for early drop off and/or late pick up for campers. Morning extended care hours range from 7:30am-9:00am and afternoon hours are 4:00pm-6:00pm.
