Angelo Quinto Community Response Team (AQCRT)

The Angelo Quinto Community Response Team (AQCRT) is a collaborative program operated by Felton Institute in partnership with the City of Antioch, the Antioch Police Department (APD), and local community-based organizations. Funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), AQCRT provides compassionate, community-driven responses to mental health crises and social challenges, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need while reducing reliance on law enforcement interventions.
