  • All applicants are recommended to discuss Land Use and Permitting with the Planning Division prior to submitting a Business License Application and/or agreeing to/signing any leases with the property owner. This step is essential to verify whether the proposed business activity is permitted at the intended location and to determine if any permits are needed. You may contact the Planning Division at 925-779-6159 or planning@antiochca.gov.
  • Planning review is required for zoning compliance for all In-City Business Licenses.
  • Planning review is not required for Residential Landlord Applications or Out of City Contractors Applications.
