    Recommended Action:  Motion that the Council receive, file, and consider eight (8) applicants and appoint five (5) individuals deemed most appropriate to the Antioch Police Crime Prevention Commission 3-Year:  L. Beck, R. Costello; 4-Year:  H. Branson, V. Manuel, T. Rood

  1. APPOINTMENT TO ANTIOCH DESIGN REVIEW BOARD -- ONE (1) 4-YEAR TERM

    Recommended Action:  Motion to receive and file and Mayor to make appointment E. Guarino

  1. CITY PARTICIPATION IN EAST CONTRA COSTA COUNTY REGIONAL HABITAT CONSERVATION PLAN

Recommended Action:  Motion to adopt the Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign an interagency agreement (Exhibit "A") forming the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan Association ("HCPA") to manage preparation of the HCP Resolution 2000/65, 3/1, Soliz, Contingent in the 18 (19 actual) principles being a part of the agreement and in regards to cost on Page 11, Section 14:  if they are unsuccessful in raising the money, CCWD is to pay remaining funds

    Recommended Action: 

  1. Motion to introduce the Ordinance by title only;

  2. Motion to introduce the Ordinance amending Title 9, Chapter 5, Article 3 of the Antioch Municipal Code (Zoning Map) rezoning the site from "Restricted Multiple-Family Residential District (R-3)" and "Multiple-Family Residential District (R-4)" to "Planned Development District (PD)"; to 6/13 for adoption

  3. Motion to adopt the Resolution approving a Final Development Plan; Resolution 2000/66, 4/0, insert:  On Fourth Street there shall be undergrounding and as much undergrounding throughout the project as possible
