Schedule Inspection

1. Log in to the City of Antioch’s permitting portal, Citizen Access
2. Locate and select the specific project for which you want to schedule an inspection
3. Navigate to the “Inspection” tab and select the inspection you would like to schedule
   1. Select “Request Inspection” once the inspection is selected
4. Select a date and time frame and submit the Inspection Request
   1. AM – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
   2. PM – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

**INSPECTION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM THE EVENING PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE. YOU CAN CANCEL AN INSPECTION REQUEST UP TO 8:00AM, THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED INSPECTION**

**THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF NEXT DAY INSPECTIONS. DUE TO INSPECTION WORKLOAD AND STAFF SHORTAGE IN OUR INDUSTRY, WE RECOMMEND SCHEDULING AT LEAST THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE**
